Öffentliche Religion im säkularen Staat

Hardly any another phenomenon displays such highly divergent attitudes and reactions as religion. The papers presented in this volume examine relations between religious communities, society and state from historical, church and religious law perspectives. It is demonstrated how the different expectations of each could create a liberal balance capable of pluralism.
