Die Weiterentwicklung des Kodex »Leitlinien zur Sicherung guter wissenschaftlicher Praxis« durch die »dritte Ebene«

Good scientific practice is the mirror of scientific progress. Twenty-five years ago, the members of the German Research Foundation (Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft - DFG) agreed on a canon of good scientific practice and have refined and updated it over time. This article explains from the DFG's perspective how the code has been successively rounded off and its content further developed. The processes of further development build a bridge between the concrete fields of action and conflict in the work of the ombudspersons and the structuring, guiding standards of scientific work.
