Nach der Reform der Reform: Das neue Urhebervertragsrecht

More than a decade after the first comprehensive reform of German copyright contract law in 2002, the Federal Ministry of Justice and Consumer Protection presented a preliminary draft aiming at yet another reform of copyright contract law in autumn 2015, followed by the governmental draft in March 2016. The German Federal Parliament and the Federal Council of Germany passed the new copyright contract law in December 2016. This article aims to analyse the new copyright contract law, which came into force on March 1st, 2017.
