k regarding SRM and field experiments as well as an assessment of the NAS report. It demonstrates a lack of and therefore a need for sufficient and concrete obligations in international treaty bodies such as the Convention on Biological Diversity, the Vienna Convention for the Protection of the Ozone Layer, and the Convention on Long-Range Transboundary Air Pollution.
