Beschreibung
The analysis of economic institutions stands to gain from a consideration of the interactionist theory of institutions, a resource-based view of organizations to develop business and economic perspectives, and a linkage between the two and any theory of economic institutions. A resource-based view of the organization integrates different approaches to organization and management; this is tied to interactionist theorizing, and the interactionist and resource-based theory is amplified into a societal perspective. Institutions, whilst being actor-centred, are also subject to societal influences. However, societal factors are linked with social action under the concept of the duality of structure.
