Summary
This commentary discusses the value of exemplar research. Then, based on Timothy Reilly's paper »Exemplarity and Virtue: Understanding Virtuous Exemplarity in Science,« it considers what can be learned about virtue in the practice of science, and human flourishing more broadly, by comparing different types of exemplars.
