Zur Beschwerdemöglichkeit für Interessens-/ Umweltverbände nach dem EGMR-Urteil KlimaSeniorinnen in Österreich

With its judgment in the case of KlimaSeniorinnen, the ECtHR has significantly expanded collective legal protection at the level of the ECHR by granting environmental organisations the right to lodge an application under Art. 34 ECHR in the context of climate change. This article deals with the consequences of the ECtHR's judgment in the case of Klima- Seniorinnen on the legal protection options of environmental organisations in Austria.
