Blockchain tokens are redefined with the help of a digitally understood corporeality in Anjuli von Hülst's comparative study. A normative interpretation of the legal notion of corporeality makes it possible to establish possession and ownership of blockchain tokens, while a comparison with Italian civil law shows that this approach ensures long-term legal certainty.
