Summary
Gustav Radbruch was Germany´s most influential 20th century legal philosopher. The center and focus of his work is his Neo-Kantian concept of law. The contributors to this volume analyze this and also address the issue of how Radbruch´s philosophy changed - or in some respects did not change - over the decades.
