Although the so-called emotional turn is becoming increasingly popular, in the exegesis of the New Testament, it is however still a desideratum. Tanja Dannenmann has developed an innovative method of analyzing the emotional dimensions of narratives as well as the relevance of emotions for their ethical demands.
