Konjunkturen in der öffentlich-rechtlichen Grundlagenforschung

Scholars of German public law are turning their attention more and more to the nature of their science and the grass roots of fundamental research such as legal history, sociology of law and its cultural foundations. The contributors to this volume focus on how these fields have grown, flourished or perished over time, seeking out explanations, and reflecting on sociological aspects of German legal science and its relationship with fundamental research.
