Summary
The purpose of the law pertaining to intelligence services is to reconcile the protection of the freedoms guaranteed by fundamental rights and the effective fulfilment of the state's responsibility for security. This volume documents the findings of the 2nd Symposium on the Law Pertaining to Intelligence Services which was held in Berlin from March 15 to March 16, 2018.
