Religious values in law are a historical phenomenon with a millennia-old tradition that are also a complex topic of theoretical reflection. Ethics and law, money and law - these fundamental concepts would be unthinkable without religion. Furthermore, the juxtaposition or the antagonism between laws of varying origin is accompanied by differing religious influences.
