The »Contributions to the Constitutional Law of Democratic Institutions (OrgVR)« series deals with the law as it concerns politics in a broad sense. This includes for example election law, political parties law and parliamentary law as well as the law pertaining to the separation of powers and the federal distribution of powers in the multi-level system. Its aim is to focus on the scholarly discourse and to contribute to a theoretical and dogmatic development of the law of organisational constitutionalism in the »Berliner Republik« (present-day Germany) as a part of the European Union.
