Jus Poenale

The purpose of the new Jus Poenale series is to close the existing gap for habilitations on criminal law in the publisher’s list. It can be seen as a counterpart to the Jus Publicum series for public law and the Jus Privatum series for private law, both of which have been well-established for many years. This new series joins the other two series and covers the subjects of criminal law and the law of criminal procedure as well as criminology. Subjects from other areas of the law or those with an interdisciplinary approach are however also welcome if the main focus of the work is on subjects related to criminal law.
