Schriften zum Ostasiatischen Strafrecht

Edited by Eric Hilgendorf and Genlin Liang

Since the beginning of the 20th century, German criminal law has played a considerable role in East Asia. It began in Japan and Korea, and since the late 70s has been widely recognized in China as well. The goal of this series on East Asian criminal law is to contribute to combining the relevant research and to making this accessible to a wider circle of readers. It is based on the idea that the era of a unilateral reception of German legal thought in East Asia is over and that the future belongs to the cooperation among partners on equal terms.
