Schriften zum Unternehmens- und Kapitalmarktrecht

Edited by Jörn Axel Kämmerer, Karsten Schmidt, and Rüdiger Veil

The series Schriften zum Unternehmens- und Kapitalmarktrecht (SchrUKmR), founded in 2012, is guided by the realisation that corporate and capital market law is particularly influenced by international business practice and the findings of other disciplines, especially economics. It focuses on the global nature of financial markets, which is reflected on the one hand in a high degree of legal harmonisation within the EU and on the other hand requires intensive international comparative law research. The series aims to contribute to the discussion of current and fundamental issues in corporate and capital markets law, particularly at the intersection with other areas of commercial law. The series is open to post-doctoral theses, outstanding dissertations and similar monographs.
