The Studies of Regulatory Law series deals with the understanding, the systematic compilation and the dogmatic treatment of regulatory regimes. It includes monographs and edited volumes which deal with key issues and new developments in state regulation. The works focus on legal regimes to ensure that the public welfare will be served by and through economic competition, as exemplified by network industries and the health sector.
