The Veröffentlichungen zum Steuerrecht (Publications on Tax Law) series aims to identify fundamental problems which are often obscured by daily political discussions and to place them in the overall context of their scholarly field, methodically and constitutionally backing them up and developing viable approaches to future solutions. Works with backgrounds in public and private law but also criminal law are all welcome. The series is likewise open to interdisciplinary approaches, especially from the fields of economics, sociology and political science.
