New Funding Agreement between the Max Planck Digital Library (MPDL) and the publisher Mohr Siebeck

The MPDL will now cover the additional costs for Open Access publications involving researchers from the Max Planck Society and its institutes.

This groundbreaking agreement, effective since May 31, 2024, enables free access to scientific knowledge and promotes research exchange. It applies to all monographs and edited volumes accepted for publication by the publisher within the three-year term. Applications can be submitted directly to Mohr Siebeck.
