Summary
Autonomy and normativity are key concepts of today's world. Nevertheless their significance for the legitimation of modern communities has remained controversial. In this book, it is the author's intention to contrast the view of Hegel's not only with traditional interpretations of Hegel but also to confront it with the positions in legal philosophy which are dominant today.
